目的:观察参松养心胶囊+通心络胶囊对日本大耳兔心肌梗死模型心脏电生理特性的影响,并探讨其治疗心肌梗死后心律失常的机制。方法24只日本大耳兔随机分为假手术组、模型组、通络组各8只,以前降支动脉结扎术建立心肌梗死模型,通络组于结扎术后给予0?.4 g· kg-1· d-1参松养心原粉+0.3 g· kg-1· d-1通心络原粉灌胃。8周后,行在体电生理研究。结果与假手术组比较,模型组左心室内、中、外膜层心肌细胞动作电位时限复极90%时间(MAPD90)缩短( P <0.05);左心室MAPD90缩短( P <0.05);左心室有效不应期(ERP)延长( P <0.05);心室颤动(室颤)阈值(VFT)明显降低( P <0.05)。与模型组比较,通络组左心室内、中、外膜层心肌细胞MAPD90延长;左心室MAPD90延长( P <0.05);ERP缩短( P <0.05);VFT明显升高( P <0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊联合通心络可延长MAPD90、缩短ERP,通过提高VFT发挥抗心肌梗死后心律失常的作用。

목적:관찰삼송양심효낭+통심락효낭대일본대이토심기경사모형심장전생리특성적영향,병탐토기치료심기경사후심률실상적궤제。방법24지일본대이토수궤분위가수술조、모형조、통락조각8지,이전강지동맥결찰술건립심기경사모형,통락조우결찰술후급여0?.4 g· kg-1· d-1삼송양심원분+0.3 g· kg-1· d-1통심락원분관위。8주후,행재체전생리연구。결과여가수술조비교,모형조좌심실내、중、외막층심기세포동작전위시한복겁90%시간(MAPD90)축단( P <0.05);좌심실MAPD90축단( P <0.05);좌심실유효불응기(ERP)연장( P <0.05);심실전동(실전)역치(VFT)명현강저( P <0.05)。여모형조비교,통락조좌심실내、중、외막층심기세포MAPD90연장;좌심실MAPD90연장( P <0.05);ERP축단( P <0.05);VFT명현승고( P <0.05)。결론삼송양심효낭연합통심락가연장MAPD90、축단ERP,통과제고VFT발휘항심기경사후심률실상적작용。
Objective To observe the effect of Shensongyangxin capsule plus Tongxinluo capsule on cardiac electro-physiological properties in Japanese big ear rabbit with myocardial infarction model , and investigate the mechanism of treat-ment after myocardial infarction arrhythmia .Methods Twenty-four Japanese big ear rabbits were randomly divided into sham operation group and model group , Tongluo group with 8 rats in each group , before descending artery ligation to establish the model of myocardial infarction , Tongluo group were given 0.4 g· kg-1 · d-1 of Shensongyangxin powder +0.3 g· kg-1 · d-1 Tongxinluo powder through gastric lavage after the ligation of descending artery .After 8 weeks, in vivo electrophysiology were performed .Results Compared with the sham operation group , model group ’ s left ventricle adventitia myocardial cell action potential duration of 90%repolarization time (MAPD 90) is shortened ( P <0.05); left ventricular MAPD 90 also is shortened ( P <0.05);left ventricular effective refractory period (ERP) is prolonged ( P <0.05); ventricular fibrillation (VF) threshold (VFT) decreased significantly ( P <0.05).Compared with the model group,Tongluo group’s left ventricular adventitia myocardial cells MAPD 90 is prolonged;left ventricular MAPD 90 is prolonged ( P <0.05);ERP is shortened (P <0.05);VFT is increased significantly ( P <0.05).Conclusion The Shensongyangxin capsule plus Tongxinluo capsule could prolong MAPD 90 and shorten the ERP ,play the antiarrhythmic effect by increasing VFT after myocardial infarction .
