目的：探讨神经生长因子结合星状神经节阻滞治疗噪声性耳聋的临床效果。方法选取80例噪声性耳聋患者作为研究对象，随机分为常规组与研究组。常规组40例患者予以扩血管、高压氧、营养神经等常规治疗，而研究组40例患者予以神经生长因子结合星状神经节阻滞治疗，术后比较2组患者的临床效果。结果治疗后，研究组患者总有效率为95 B．0％（38/40），远远高于常规组的67．5％（27/40），差异比较有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。研究组并发症发生率远远低于常规组，差异比较有统计学意义（5．0％vs．37．5％， P ＜0．01）。结论神经生长因子结合星状神经节阻滞治疗噪声性耳聋，其疗效显著、安全性高，值得推广。
목적：탐토신경생장인자결합성상신경절조체치료조성성이롱적림상효과。방법선취80례조성성이롱환자작위연구대상，수궤분위상규조여연구조。상규조40례환자여이확혈관、고압양、영양신경등상규치료，이연구조40례환자여이신경생장인자결합성상신경절조체치료，술후비교2조환자적림상효과。결과치료후，연구조환자총유효솔위95 B．0％（38/40），원원고우상규조적67．5％（27/40），차이비교유통계학의의（ P ＜0．05）。연구조병발증발생솔원원저우상규조，차이비교유통계학의의（5．0％vs．37．5％， P ＜0．01）。결론신경생장인자결합성상신경절조체치료조성성이롱，기료효현저、안전성고，치득추엄。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nerve growth factor combined with stellate ganglion block in the treatment of noise induced deafness .Methods Selected 80 cases of noise induced deafness patients as the research ob-ject;they were randomly divided into control group and study group .The conventional group with 40 patients was given vaso-dilator , hyperbaric oxygen;nutrition nerve and other conventional treatment , while the study group with 40 patients was given nerve growth factor treatment in combination with stellate ganglion block , the clinical effects of 2 groups of patients after opera-tion were compared.Results The study group patients after treatment , the total effective rate was 95.0% (38/40),which was far higher than the control group of 67.5%(27/40), the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05).Incidence of complications in study group is much lower than the control group;the differences were statistically significant (5.0%vs. 37.5%, P <0.01).Conclusion Nerve growth factor combined with stellate ganglion block in the treatment of noise induced deafness revealed remarkable curative effect and high safety , it is worthy of promotion .
