目的：观察温阳和营凉血活血法治疗慢性斑块型银屑病（痰瘀互结证）的临床疗效。方法将符合慢性斑块型银屑病痰瘀互结证的44例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各22例。治疗组以自拟温阳和营凉血活血汤配合外用药膏治疗，对照组以凉血活血汤配合同样药膏治疗，比较2组银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数（PASI）评分及临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗8周时平均PASI评分（4 e．64±1．71）分，疗后24周时（2．40±1．77）分，对照组治疗8周时平均PASI评分（6．71±2．40）分，疗后24周时（6．21±3．41）分，2组治疗后与治疗前比较均显著改善（ P ＜0．01），且治疗组优于对照组（ P ＜0．01）；治疗组8周总有效率63．6％，24周总有效率86．4％，对照组8周总有效率9．1％，24周总有效率31．8％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05或P ＜0．01）。结论温阳和营凉血活血法治疗慢性斑块型银屑病疗效肯定，安全性好。
목적：관찰온양화영량혈활혈법치료만성반괴형은설병（담어호결증）적림상료효。방법장부합만성반괴형은설병담어호결증적44례환자안수궤수자표법분위치료조화대조조각22례。치료조이자의온양화영량혈활혈탕배합외용약고치료，대조조이량혈활혈탕배합동양약고치료，비교2조은설병피손면적화엄중정도지수（PASI）평분급림상료효。결과치료조치료8주시평균PASI평분（4 e．64±1．71）분，료후24주시（2．40±1．77）분，대조조치료8주시평균PASI평분（6．71±2．40）분，료후24주시（6．21±3．41）분，2조치료후여치료전비교균현저개선（ P ＜0．01），차치료조우우대조조（ P ＜0．01）；치료조8주총유효솔63．6％，24주총유효솔86．4％，대조조8주총유효솔9．1％，24주총유효솔31．8％，2조비교차이유통계학의의（ P ＜0．05혹P ＜0．01）。결론온양화영량혈활혈법치료만성반괴형은설병료효긍정，안전성호。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of warming Yang , harmonizing Yingfen and Weifen , cooling blood and invigorating blood circulation method to treat chronic plaque psoriasis ( phlegm and blood stasis ) .Methods Forty-four patients with chronic plaque psoriasis with syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis were divided into treatment group and control group with 22 cases in each group according to random number table method .The treatment group from warming Yang, harmonizing Yingfen and Weifen,cooling blood, invigorating blood circulation Decoction Combined with external use ointment for treatment , the control group taking cooling blood , invigorating circulation decoction combined with the same oint-ment treatment, 2 groups’ psoriasis area and severity index (PASI) score and clinical efficacy were compared .Results In treatment group, at 8 weeks, the mean PASI score was (4.64 ±1.71), after 24 weeks of therapy, it was (2.40 ±1.77), in the control group after 8 weeks of treatment, the mean PASI score was (6.71 ±2.40), after 24 weeks of therapy, it was (6.21 ±3.41), compared with before treatment , after treatment, the 2 groups’ indices were significantly improved ( P <0.01), and the treatment group were more obvious than in control group ( P <0.01);after the 8 week treatment, treatment group’s total effectiveness was 63.6%, at 24 weeks, the total efficiency was 86.4%, the total effective rate of control group at 8 weeks was 9.1%, at 24 weeks, the total efficiency was 31.8%, 2 groups had a significant difference ( P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion The warming Yang, harmonizing Yingfen and Weifen, cooling blood and activating blood circulation method in the treatment of chronic plaque psoriasis revealed good safety and effect .
