目的：研究多种细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞（CIK ）对A549/DDP肺癌耐药细胞株的抗增殖和诱导凋亡作用。方法应用细胞计数法设计细胞浓度，通过相差显微镜下观察CIK细胞对A549/DDP肺癌耐药细胞株形态学影响。结果随着CIK细胞与肺癌细胞效靶比增加及作用时间延长，抑制率明显增强，CIK细胞作用于肺癌细胞24 h后，形态学观察肺癌细胞发生凋亡或坏死。结论体外制备的CIK细胞对肺癌耐药细胞株A549/DDP具有抑制增殖和促进凋亡作用。
목적：연구다충세포인자유도적살상세포（CIK ）대A549/DDP폐암내약세포주적항증식화유도조망작용。방법응용세포계수법설계세포농도，통과상차현미경하관찰CIK세포대A549/DDP폐암내약세포주형태학영향。결과수착CIK세포여폐암세포효파비증가급작용시간연장，억제솔명현증강，CIK세포작용우폐암세포24 h후，형태학관찰폐암세포발생조망혹배사。결론체외제비적CIK세포대폐암내약세포주A549/DDP구유억제증식화촉진조망작용。
Objective To study the anti-proliferation and inducing apoptosis effects of cytokine-in-duced killer cells (CIK cells) on A549 /DDP multidrug resistance lung cancer cell lines .Methods De-sign of concentration cell by cell counting ,the anti-proliferation effects of CIK cells on A549/DDP lung cancer line were detected by cell counting method ,and the morphological changes of the apoptosis cell were observed by the phase contrast microscope .Results The inhibitory rate enhanced obviously with the addition of effect /target rate and the extension of reaction time .Lung cancer cell apoptosis or necrosis was Morphologically observed after the lung cancer cells had been induced by the CIK cells for 24 hours .Conclusion The CIK cells are highly effective cells which have potent anti-proliferation and inducing apoptosis effects on the lung cancer cells .
