针对量程为0~0.5 mm电容式位移传感器,采用运动范围0~80μm压电陶瓷微位移发生器,对其进行标定实验。通过对整个量程的分段标定,以待标定传感器测量数据为基准,并基于灰色预测模型G(1,1),分别对缺省的待标定量程,输入信号量以及标准传感器测量值进行预测计算填补,最后得到待标定传感器的整个量程的标定值。再经过曲线拟合得到待标定传感器的标定曲线,从而得到了该传感器的性能指标。本文对于量程较大的高精度传感器在标定过程无法一次性实验的情况下,用于分段等间距取标定量程,对缺省部分进行预测建模计算填补,最后拟合曲线,很好的解决了此类标定问题。

This paper mainly shows that using the piezoelectric micro-displacement generator with the movement range of 0~80 microns,to conduct the calibration experiment on capacitive displacement sensor whose range is 0~0. 5 mm. Through the piecewise calibration of the entire range;then base on the data calibrated sensor measured and G(1,1)of grey forecasting model,calculate and fill respectively for the default calibrating range,the signal input and the standard sensor;finally get the sensor calibrating values of entire range. After curve fitting for the calibrated sensor,the sensor calibrating curve and performance index have been obtained. Because of larger range and high precision sensor under the condition of the calibration process which could not complete with just once experiment, this research have to get the calibrating range with equal interval, forecast and calculate the default parts, and fit curve,which is a better way to solve these calibrating problems.
