将90例寻常型痤疮患者和90例急性及亚急性湿疹患者各自均分成治疗组(45例)和对照组(45例)，治疗组使用复方黄柏液治疗，对照组分别予以姜黄消痤擦剂、3%硼酸溶液湿敷治疗，分别比较两组临床疗效。复方黄柏液治疗痤疮、湿疹的总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗组发生不良反应较对照组明显减少(P<0.05)。复方黄柏液对寻常型痤疮、急性和亚急性湿疹的疗效确切，安全性高。

90 patients with acne vulgaris and 90 patients with acute or subacute eczema were respectively divided into treatment group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases). Compound Huangbai liquid was used for the treat-ment groups with acne vulgaris or acute or subacute eczema, and the control group was treated with Jianghuang Xi-aocuo liniment and 3% boric acid wet dressing, and then the clinical effects were compared. The effective rate of compound Huangbai liquid in treatment group of acne vulgaris,acute and subacute eczema was higher than that of control group (P<0. 05). The adverse reaction of treatment group was obviously less than that of control group (P<0. 05). The clinical effects of compound Huangbai liquid on acne vulgaris,acute and subacute eczema are exact and secure.
