将24例行蓝碟装置手辅助腹腔镜(HALS)直肠癌手术的患者与同期21例行传统开腹手术的患者进行比较。结果显示,45例患者均能顺利完成手术,未发生邻近脏器组织损伤。其中采用HALS直肠癌切除手术方式的患者,手术时间较传统开腹手术时间延长并不明显,但手术创伤出血、术后疼痛及功能恢复等均较传统开腹手术有明显优势,且患者术后恢复快,并发症少。
장24례행람설장치수보조복강경(HALS)직장암수술적환자여동기21례행전통개복수술적환자진행비교。결과현시,45례환자균능순리완성수술,미발생린근장기조직손상。기중채용HALS직장암절제수술방식적환자,수술시간교전통개복수술시간연장병불명현,단수술창상출혈、술후동통급공능회복등균교전통개복수술유명현우세,차환자술후회복쾌,병발증소。
The data of 24 cases of hand-assisted laparoscopic surgery( HALS) through lap disc device in rectal cancer operation were analyzed,the related literature and data were consulted and a summary on the clinical experi-ence of HALS in rectal cancer operation was made. Forty-five cases were completed smoothly without any injury to adjacent organs and tissues. Compared with conventional open rectal surgery,HALS did not significantly prolong time of operation,but had obvious advantage for operative hemorrhage and recovery of postoperative pain and func-tion.
