回顾性分析24例可逆性心肌缺血的冠心病患者(缺血心肌组)及13例正常人(对照组)，进行320排螺旋CT静息及多巴酚丁胺负荷心肌灌注扫描，分别测量两组静息及多巴酚丁胺负荷下透壁灌注比率(TPR)、心肌密度值，并对两组间对应测量值采用独立样本t检验分析。结果显示静息及负荷下正常人的TPR、心肌密度值对比差异均无统计学意义，而缺血心肌组差异有统计学意义。两组对应的TPR差异有统计学意义。

A retrospective analysis of 24 cases in patients with coronary heart disease were demonstrated to exist re-versibility of myocardial ischemia and 13 cases of normal people. All of them were accepted the myocardial perfu-sion scanning by the 320-slice spiral CT. Measuring (TPR) and the values of myocardial reinforcement density in-side the ischemia area in the mode of the resting and dobutamine stressing,respectively. The results of study using matching t test analysis showed that, when the P value being less than 0.05, it could be considered have a statisti-cally significant correlation. The results showed the comparison values of transmural perfusion ratio and myocardial reinforcement density in resting or dobutamine stressing had no significant difference in the normal, but significant differences in the myocardial ischemia group. And there was significant difference between two groups in resting or dobutamine stressing,respectively.
