目的:探讨间甲肾上腺素类物质(MNs)用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测在嗜铬细胞瘤诊断中的价值。方法检测疑似嗜铬细胞瘤患者63例及健康人30例(作对照)血MNs,包括甲氧基肾上腺素(NMN)、甲氧基去甲肾上腺素(MN)水平,嗜铬细胞瘤以术后病理诊断为标准。结果63例临床上疑为嗜铬细胞瘤患者中32例经组织学诊断为嗜铬细胞瘤,其中ELISA检测NMN的特异性95%、敏感性91%,MN特异性92%、敏感性72%,NMN和MN二者合并检测特异性97%、敏感性93%。结论血浆游离MNs是诊断嗜铬细胞瘤的有效生化指标,ELISA法作为一种便捷可靠的检测方法,在诊断嗜铬细胞瘤中有着较高的特异性和敏感性。

목적:탐토간갑신상선소류물질(MNs)용매련면역법(ELISA)검측재기락세포류진단중적개치。방법검측의사기락세포류환자63례급건강인30례(작대조)혈MNs,포괄갑양기신상선소(NMN)、갑양기거갑신상선소(MN)수평,기락세포류이술후병리진단위표준。결과63례림상상의위기락세포류환자중32례경조직학진단위기락세포류,기중ELISA검측NMN적특이성95%、민감성91%,MN특이성92%、민감성72%,NMN화MN이자합병검측특이성97%、민감성93%。결론혈장유리MNs시진단기락세포류적유효생화지표,ELISA법작위일충편첩가고적검측방법,재진단기락세포류중유착교고적특이성화민감성。
Objective The aim of this study is to evaluate the performances of plasma free metanephrines measured by enzyme immunoassay(ELISA)in the diagnosis of pheochromocytoma. Methods 63 patients clinically suspected of pheochromocytoma during March.2008-December.2012 and 30 healthy controls were collected in my hospital.ALL of their plasma free metanephrines were measured by ELISA(MNS include Metanephrine and Normetanephrine).After operations, diseases were diagnosed by histological analysis as gold standard. Results 32 patients were diagnosed of pheochromocytoma by histological analysis from 63 clinical suspicions. Plasma free normetanephrine measured by ELISA,had a specificity of 95%,sensitivity of 91%(cutoff: 200 ng/mL),while plasma free metanephrine had a specificity of 92%,sensitivity of 72%(cutoff: 120 pg/mL). When combined(either test positive),the specificity of 97%,sensitivity of 93%. Conclusion Plasma metanephrines(MN with NMN)were effective biomarkers for phaeochromocytoma in patients with clinical suspicion.And ELISA as a convenient and reliable biochemical test has good specificity and sensitivity in measure MNS.
