目的：探索和建立适应我院实际工作需要的抗菌药物监控系统，利用信息化手段快速、便捷地监控抗菌药物在临床的应用。方法：以我院医院信息系统（HIS）中的门诊处方和病房医嘱用药电子数据作为数据源，以抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动方案中的16项合理用药指标作为基本监测点，开发设计抗菌药物监控软件。结果与结论：抗菌药物监控系统的开发应用不仅满足了上述16项指标的上报工作需要，而且对临床合理用药起到了积极的促进作用。

목적：탐색화건립괄응아원실제공작수요적항균약물감공계통，이용신식화수단쾌속、편첩지감공항균약물재림상적응용。방법：이아원의원신식계통（HIS）중적문진처방화병방의촉용약전자수거작위수거원，이항균약물림상응용전항정치활동방안중적16항합리용약지표작위기본감측점，개발설계항균약물감공연건。결과여결론：항균약물감공계통적개발응용불부만족료상술16항지표적상보공작수요，이차대림상합리용약기도료적겁적촉진작용。
Objective:To explore and establish antibacterial drug monitoring system applicable to the practical needs of the work in our hospital by means of information technology to monitor the clinical application of antibacterial drugs in a fast and convenient way. Methods:In order to design and develop the antibacterial drug monitoring software,the electronic data including prescriptions for outpatients and ward order medication data in hospital information system were used as the data source,and 16 indicators of rational drug use in the program of special rectification activities on the clinical application of antibacterial drugs were used as the basic monitoring points. Results & Conclusion: The development and application of antibacterial drug monitoring system not only meet the needs of the reporting work as mentioned in the above 16 indicators , but also play a positive role in the clinical rational medication.
