稳定性是评价液体磁性磨具性能的重要指标之一,其对液体磁性磨具在机械光整加工领域的应用与推广有着重要影响。依据液体磁性磨具中固相颗粒表面的化学特性,提出了利用聚丙烯酸改性的方法。以聚丙烯酸添加量作为控制变量进行实验分析,发现在一定的范围内随着聚丙烯酸添加量的增加,液体磁性磨具的稳定性提高,但是当添加量过多时,液体磁性磨具的稳定性不会提高反而急剧恶化。对单个固相粒子进行受力分析,从微观角度讨论了聚丙烯酸的添加量对固相颗粒间相互作用力的影响规律。研究成果对液体磁性磨具的配制具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。

Stability is one of the important criteria for evaluating the properties of liquid magnetic abrasive, and it has significant effect on the application and popularization of liquid magnetic abrasive in the field of mechanical finishing processing. Based on chemical properties of the solid particles in the liquid magnetic abrasive, we put forward a solution to improve its stability by adding polyacrylic acid. It shows that in a certain range of adding polyacrylic acid, the stability of liquid magnetic abrasive increases with increasing adding volume of polyacrylic acid, but adding too much polyacrylic acid deteriorates its stability. According to force analysis of a single particle , we discussed the influence of adding volume of polyacrylic acid on the interaction force between solid particles. The research result is of guidance and reference for confecting liquid magnetic abrasive.
