目的：探讨巩膜外加压联合不放液手术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离的疗效性和安全性。<br> 方法：选择2009-01/2013-01我院收治的88例88眼孔源性视网膜脱离的患者作为观察对象，所有病例均行巩膜手术，随机分为巩膜外加压联合不放液手术组（ A组）44例44眼；巩膜外加压联合放液手术组（ B组）44例44眼，比较两组患者的视网膜复位率、术后视力恢复情况以及术后并发症发生情况。<br> 结果：A组44眼解剖复位率为93％， B组44眼解剖复位率为89％，两组比较差异无显著性（ P＞0．05）；A组手术后视力改善37眼（84％）， B 组手术后视力改善34眼（77％），A组较B组在视力恢复方面明显较好，两组比较差异显著（ P＜0．05）；A组术后并发症发生率为11％，低于B组术后并发症发生率32％，但两组比较差异无显著性（P＜0．05）。<br> 结论：巩膜外加压联合不放液手术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离疗效显著，安全性较稳定，值得临床广泛推广。
目的：探討鞏膜外加壓聯閤不放液手術治療孔源性視網膜脫離的療效性和安全性。<br> 方法：選擇2009-01/2013-01我院收治的88例88眼孔源性視網膜脫離的患者作為觀察對象，所有病例均行鞏膜手術，隨機分為鞏膜外加壓聯閤不放液手術組（ A組）44例44眼；鞏膜外加壓聯閤放液手術組（ B組）44例44眼，比較兩組患者的視網膜複位率、術後視力恢複情況以及術後併髮癥髮生情況。<br> 結果：A組44眼解剖複位率為93％， B組44眼解剖複位率為89％，兩組比較差異無顯著性（ P＞0．05）；A組手術後視力改善37眼（84％）， B 組手術後視力改善34眼（77％），A組較B組在視力恢複方麵明顯較好，兩組比較差異顯著（ P＜0．05）；A組術後併髮癥髮生率為11％，低于B組術後併髮癥髮生率32％，但兩組比較差異無顯著性（P＜0．05）。<br> 結論：鞏膜外加壓聯閤不放液手術治療孔源性視網膜脫離療效顯著，安全性較穩定，值得臨床廣汎推廣。
목적：탐토공막외가압연합불방액수술치료공원성시망막탈리적료효성화안전성。<br> 방법：선택2009-01/2013-01아원수치적88례88안공원성시망막탈리적환자작위관찰대상，소유병례균행공막수술，수궤분위공막외가압연합불방액수술조（ A조）44례44안；공막외가압연합방액수술조（ B조）44례44안，비교량조환자적시망막복위솔、술후시력회복정황이급술후병발증발생정황。<br> 결과：A조44안해부복위솔위93％， B조44안해부복위솔위89％，량조비교차이무현저성（ P＞0．05）；A조수술후시력개선37안（84％）， B 조수술후시력개선34안（77％），A조교B조재시력회복방면명현교호，량조비교차이현저（ P＜0．05）；A조술후병발증발생솔위11％，저우B조술후병발증발생솔32％，단량조비교차이무현저성（P＜0．05）。<br> 결론：공막외가압연합불방액수술치료공원성시망막탈리료효현저，안전성교은정，치득림상엄범추엄。
AIM: To investigate the effect and safety of combined surgery with scleral buckling and drainage operation in the treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. <br> METHODS: Totally 88 patients ( 88 eyes ) with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment accepted in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2013 were selected as study objects.All patients were given scleral operation and divided into two groups according to the operation mode.Patients in group A ( 44 eyes of 44 cases ) were treated with combined surgery with scleral buckling and nondrainage operation, while patients in group B (44 eyes of 44 cases ) were given combined surgery with scleral buckling and drainage operation.The retinal reattachment rate, postoperative visual acuity and complications between groups were compared after treatment. <br> RESULTS:The anatomic reduction rates of eyes in group A and B were respectively 93% and 89%, with no significant differences between groups ( P>0.05).There were 37 eyes ( 84%) improved in eyesight after operation in group A, only 34 eyes ( 77%) in group B.And visual acuity recovery rate of group A was evidently higher than that of group B, with significant differences between them (P<0.05).Furthermore, the postoperative complication rate of group A was significantly lower than that of group B (11%vs 32%, P<0.05). <br> CONCLUSION: It is efficient and secure for combined surgery with scleral buckling and drainage operation to treat patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, which is worthy of clinical application.
