在我国为数众多的水泥混凝土桥梁在远未达到设计寿命时，就出现了钢筋锈蚀、混凝土松散、结构强度下降、承载能力大幅衰减等病害现象。桥面铺装防水粘结体系的性能对桥面铺装的使用品质及对水泥混凝土桥梁结构的使用寿命具有显著影响。设置长效防水粘结层是确保桥面铺装结构耐久性的重大措施之一。以湖南省娄新高速公路水泥混凝土桥桥面铺装防水粘结层设置为实际研究背景，引用国外先进的水泥混凝土桥面铺装防水粘结体系设计方法及性能评价体系，对国外应用广泛且优良的长效甲基丙烯酸甲酯 MMA 防水粘结体系与我国普遍采用的 SBS 改性沥青碎石封层、改性乳化沥青等防水粘结材料防水进行了对比试验，为深入进行湖南省娄新高速公路水泥混凝土桥面铺装防水粘结体系研究及实际工程选择应用提供理论依据。
