为了客观科学地评价风电场整体并网技术性能,建立了风电场并网技术性评价指标体系,提出了变权灰云模型的评价方法。该方法针对灰色聚类白化权函数形式固定的缺陷,采用正态灰云模型取代传统白化权函数,有效反映了评价等级信息的模糊性和随机性;同时,为避免不合格指标的消极影响被掩盖,引入“惩罚型”状态变权向量修正常权权重,对不合格的指标进行惩罚,通过与灰色关联分析法的评价结果比较,验证了变权的合理性和优越性。实例分析中,通过对4个典型风电场的综合评价,验证了上述方法的有效性。

To evaluate technical performance of overall grid-integration of wind farm, an index system to evaluate technical performance of grid-integration of wind farm is established and an evaluation method based on weight-varying gray cloud model is proposed. In allusion to the defect that the form of gray clustering whitenization weight function is fixed, the normal gray cloud model is adopted to substitute traditional whitenization weight function, thus both fuzziness and randomness of evaluation grade information can be effectively reflected; meanwhile to avoid the negative influence of unqualified indices being covered up, the punishment type of weight-varying vector is led in to modify constant weights and the unqualified indices are punished. Through comparing the evaluation results by the proposed method with these by gray correlation analysis method, the reasonability and superiority of weight-varying based method are validated. Comprehensive evaluation results of four typical wind farms prove the validity of the proposed method.
