针对电网安全运行评价的需要,构建一套较完整的多层次事前综合评价指标体系,提出一种基于多层次灰色面积关联分析法(multi-level grey area relational analysis,MGARA)的电网安全综合评价模型;采用灰色面积关联分析法确定评价模型的分辨系数,用来体现关联的整体性;利用博弈集合模型对层次分析法(AHP)、神经网络法(ANN)和熵权法得到的权重进行客观地组合;采用多层次灰色面积关联分析进行综合评价。通过对某电网5个项目新建后的运行情况进行综合评价,并与模糊综合评价法(fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, FCE)作对比,验证了所提方法的有效性和合理性。

To meet the demand of assessment on power grid secure operation a set of relatively complete multi-level beforehand comprehensive assessment index system is constructed and a multi-level gray area relational analysis (MGARA) based comprehensive assessment model of power grid security is proposed. The resolution ratio of the proposed assessment model is evaluated by gray area relational analysis (GARA) to incarnate the integrity of the association. The game set model is used to objectively combine the weights by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), artificial neural network (ANN) and entropy weight method, and the MGARA is used to perform comprehensive assessment. The operation condition of five newly-built items of a certain power grid is comprehensively assessed by the proposed method and the assessment results are compared with those by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE), and the comparison results show that the proposed method is effective and reasonable.
