介绍了单相级联型静止无功发生器(static var generator, SVG)的原理与控制系统结构,采用光纤隔离检测技术进行级联单元直流侧电压的测量。考虑光纤隔离检测延时,建立了基于瞬时能量平衡的直流侧电压外环控制数学模型,得到了基于比例积分(proportional integral,PI)控制的传递函数,并进行了电压外环稳定性分析;建立了基于比例(proportional, P)控制的电流内环离散控制模型,分析得到其在离散域内稳定控制的充要条件。样机实验结果验证了所提稳定性分析方法的正确性。
介紹瞭單相級聯型靜止無功髮生器(static var generator, SVG)的原理與控製繫統結構,採用光纖隔離檢測技術進行級聯單元直流側電壓的測量。攷慮光纖隔離檢測延時,建立瞭基于瞬時能量平衡的直流側電壓外環控製數學模型,得到瞭基于比例積分(proportional integral,PI)控製的傳遞函數,併進行瞭電壓外環穩定性分析;建立瞭基于比例(proportional, P)控製的電流內環離散控製模型,分析得到其在離散域內穩定控製的充要條件。樣機實驗結果驗證瞭所提穩定性分析方法的正確性。

The principle of single-phase cascaded static var generator (SVG) and the structure of its control system are presented, and the optical fiber isolation test technology is utilized to measure the voltages at DC sides of cascaded units. Considering the time-delay of optical fiber isolation, an instantaneous energy balance based mathematical model of outer-loop control for voltage at DC side is established, and the stability of voltage outer-loop is analyzed; a proportional control based discrete control model of current inner-loop is established and through analysis the necessary and sufficient condition for its stable control within the discrete domain is obtained. Test results of a 13-level cascaded prototype show that the proposed stability analysis method is correct.
