对31例慢性肝炎患者和45例健康志愿者行4C1和9L4探头检测肝实质剪切波速度(SWV)。对照组和慢性肝炎组4C1缺失值出现率均低于9L4,4C1对照组和慢性肝炎组缺失值出现率、9L4对照组和慢性肝炎组缺失值出现率差异均无统计学意义;对照组和慢性肝炎组4C1检测SWV均小于9L4;对照组4C1和9L4组内相关系数(ICC)较低,慢性肝炎组4C1和9L4的 ICC 一般;Bland-Altman 分析4C1和9L4探头 SWV 差值的均数对照组和慢性肝炎组分别为-0.85和-0.64。目前声触诊组织定量(VTQ)技术4C1和9L4探头测量肝实质弹性一致性较差。

Shear wave velocity (SWV) was performed in 31 patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHBs) and 45 healthy volunteers (control group). The occurrence rate of absence data with 4C1 was lower significantly than with 9L4 transducer both in CHBs and control group. The occurrence rate of absence data in the CHBs was not different from that in healthy controls with 4C1 transducer, which also could be seen when using 9L4 transducer. The SWV were significantly higher with 9L4 than 4C1 transducer both in control group and in CHBs. For SWV measurements performed by 4C1 and 9L4 transducer, the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) in the CHBs and control group were classified as poor and fair agreement. Bland-Altman analysis compared the differences against mean of SWV measured by 4C1 and 9L4 transducer for the CHBs and control group were at -0.85 and -0.64, respectively. VTQ in its present stage of development has low agreement between 4C1 and 9L4 transducer in the assessment of liver stiffness.
