目的探讨血清骨钙素(OC)在中老年男性不同糖耐量状态下的水平变化以及与糖脂代谢相关性。方法将80例受试者根据口服葡萄糖耐量实验结果分为正常糖耐量(NGT)组、糖耐量受损(IGT)组和2型糖尿病(T2DM)组,比较不同组间各代谢指标及空腹血清OC的差异。结果OC在NGT组与IGT组及T2DM组内呈递减趋势(P<0.01);OC与体质量指数、腰臀比(WHR)、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、胆固醇、三酰甘油(TG)及收缩压呈负相关,与脂联素呈正相关(P<0.05,P<0.01);WHR、HOMA-IR、2hPG、TG为 OC的独立相关因素(P<0.05)。结论OC可能参与胰岛素抵抗,与糖脂代谢密切相关。

목적탐토혈청골개소(OC)재중노년남성불동당내량상태하적수평변화이급여당지대사상관성。방법장80례수시자근거구복포도당내량실험결과분위정상당내량(NGT)조、당내량수손(IGT)조화2형당뇨병(T2DM)조,비교불동조간각대사지표급공복혈청OC적차이。결과OC재NGT조여IGT조급T2DM조내정체감추세(P<0.01);OC여체질량지수、요둔비(WHR)、공복혈당、찬후2소시혈당(2hPG)、이도소저항지수(HOMA-IR)、담고순、삼선감유(TG)급수축압정부상관,여지련소정정상관(P<0.05,P<0.01);WHR、HOMA-IR、2hPG、TG위 OC적독립상관인소(P<0.05)。결론OC가능삼여이도소저항,여당지대사밀절상관。
Objective To investigate the serum osteocalcin(OC) state at different levels of impaired glucose toler-ance and the relevance between the serum osteocalcin and the metabolic indicators. Methods Sixty cases of mid-dle-aged male groups according to oral glucose tolerance test group were divided into normal glucose tolerance group (NGT), impaired glucose tolerance group (IGT) and type 2 diabetes group (T2DM), comparing different groups of various metabolic indicators and the differences in fasting serum OC. Results OC in the NGT group and IGT group and the T2DM group decreased significantly (P<0.01);serum OC levels correlated with adiponectin,nega-tively with body mass index,waist-hip ratio(WHR),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 hour plasma glucose after glu-cose load (2hPG),homeostasis model assessment insulinresistance index( HOMA-IR),total cholesterol (TC),trig-lyeride (TG) (P<0. 01 and P<0.05) in simple regression analysis. OC is the independent relevant factors of WHR,HOMA-IR,2hPG,TG (P<0.01). Conclusion OC may be involved in insulin resistance, and is closely related to glucose and lipid metabolism.
