目的探讨联合检测癌胚抗原(CEA)、细胞角蛋-19片段(CYFRA21-1)、鳞癌相关抗原(SCC-Ag)对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床应用价值及其血浆水平与NSCLC临床分期的关系。方法应用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法对57例NSCLC患者、30例肺良性病变患者血清中CEA、CYFRA21-1、SCC-Ag的水平进行检测。结果NSCLC 患者血清中CEA、CYFRA21-1、SCC-Ag水平均明显高于肺良性病变患者(P <0.01)。Ⅲ~Ⅳ期 NSCLC 血清中 CEA、CYFRA21-1 SCC-Ag含量明显高于I~II期(P<0.05);多项指标联合检测时,以CEA、CYFRA21-1、SCC-Ag组合获得的敏感性最高(P<0.05)。结论联合检测 CEA、CYFRA21-1、SCC-Ag可起到互补作用,从而明显提高NSCLC的阳性检出率,且肿瘤标志物水平随病情的进展而升高。

목적탐토연합검측암배항원(CEA)、세포각단-19편단(CYFRA21-1)、린암상관항원(SCC-Ag)대비소세포폐암(NSCLC)적림상응용개치급기혈장수평여NSCLC림상분기적관계。방법응용매련면역흡부쌍항체협심법대57례NSCLC환자、30례폐량성병변환자혈청중CEA、CYFRA21-1、SCC-Ag적수평진행검측。결과NSCLC 환자혈청중CEA、CYFRA21-1、SCC-Ag수평균명현고우폐량성병변환자(P <0.01)。Ⅲ~Ⅳ기 NSCLC 혈청중 CEA、CYFRA21-1 SCC-Ag함량명현고우I~II기(P<0.05);다항지표연합검측시,이CEA、CYFRA21-1、SCC-Ag조합획득적민감성최고(P<0.05)。결론연합검측 CEA、CYFRA21-1、SCC-Ag가기도호보작용,종이명현제고NSCLC적양성검출솔,차종류표지물수평수병정적진전이승고。
Objective This study evaluated the diagnostic value of combined measurement of CEA, CYFRA21-1 and SCC-Ag in non-smal1 cell lung cancer(NSCLC);we evaluated their relationships in different clinical stages of lung cancer by detecting CEA, CYFRA21-1 and SCC-Ag level changes of serum in patients with NSCLC. Methods The level of CEA, CYFRA21-1 and SCC-Ag in serum were detected by ELISA in 57 newly-diagnosed patients with NSCLC and 30 patients with benign lung diseases were served as the control groups. Results The serum lev-els of CEA, CYFRA21-1 and SCC-Ag in patients with NSCLC were significantly higher than those in the contro1 groups (P<0.01). The level of CEA,CYFRA21-1 and SCC-Ag in serum in patients with stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ NSCLC were significantly higher than those with stageI~II(P<0.05). The sensitivity was increased when three mark-ers were used in combination. Conclusion Combined use of CEA, CYFRA21-1, SCC-Ag measurement may play a marked role and evently raise the detection rate of NSCLC compared with the use of any single marker. In addi-tion, the level is found to increase with development of the disease.
