目的：探讨双矩形胫骨髓内钉的适用范围，稳定性及临床价值。方法将传统的矩形髓内钉钉尾改造成20mm×12mm 啤酒瓶样结构并在距尾端6、18mm 处开Φ6.5、4.5mm 松质骨螺钉孔及皮质骨螺钉孔制成长280、300、320、340mm 宽8、9、10mm 厚2mm 不同型号的带锁双矩形胫骨髓内钉，临床应用36例不同类型胫骨骨折患者。结果35例伤口Ⅰ期愈合，1例延期愈合；33例患者骨折12月内愈合，1例20个月愈合，1例24个月愈合。综合评分：优28例，良6例，可2例，无差病例。结论带锁双矩形胫骨髓内钉较传统矩形髓内钉更稳定骨折、适应范围广，并发症少，是较好的胫骨动力固定系统。
목적：탐토쌍구형경골수내정적괄용범위，은정성급림상개치。방법장전통적구형수내정정미개조성20mm×12mm 비주병양결구병재거미단6、18mm 처개Φ6.5、4.5mm 송질골라정공급피질골라정공제성장280、300、320、340mm 관8、9、10mm 후2mm 불동형호적대쇄쌍구형경골수내정，림상응용36례불동류형경골골절환자。결과35례상구Ⅰ기유합，1례연기유합；33례환자골절12월내유합，1례20개월유합，1례24개월유합。종합평분：우28례，량6례，가2례，무차병례。결론대쇄쌍구형경골수내정교전통구형수내정경은정골절、괄응범위엄，병발증소，시교호적경골동력고정계통。
Objective To investigate the clinical applications and stability of the interlocking pairs of rectangular tibia intramedullary nails. Methods The tail part of traditional rectangular intramedullary nails will be transformed into beer bottle-like structure (20mm×12mm)and away from its tail end 6mm and 18mm respectively opening the cancellous bone screw holes and cortical holes (6.5mm and 4.5mm diameter, respectively). So , the different models interlocking pairs rectangular tibia intramedullary nails have been successfully manufactured ( 280mm,300mm, 320mm and 340mm with length, respectively;8mm, 9mm and 10mm with width, respectively ;,2mm with thickness ). 36 cases patients with different types of tibia frctures were tretment use of the interlicking pairs of rectangular tibia intramedullary nails. Results The results showed that 35 cases postoperative patients the wound are A phase healing and 1 case patient is extended healing. Synthesis grading , excellent 28cases; good 6cases. Conclusions Compared with the trandition the interlocking pairs of rectangular tibia intramedullary nails have a stabler and the adaptation scope is more widespread. Also, interlocking pairs of rectangular tibia intramedullary nails was a less complications dynamic fixation system of the tibias.
