目的：分析256排螺旋 CT 对检查冠心病及冠状动脉粥样硬化病变的应用效果，探讨诊断冠心病的有效方法。方法通过借助256排螺旋 CT 对2300例疑似冠心病患者影像学资料进行分析。结果多排螺旋 CT（MSCT）可用于冠心病的早期诊断和临床筛查及术前、术后评估。结论256排螺旋 CT 冠脉成像是一种简便、快捷、准确、可靠的诊断冠心病的方法，具有较高的临床价值，可作为评价冠心病危险度的一种无创检查技术。

목적：분석256배라선 CT 대검사관심병급관상동맥죽양경화병변적응용효과，탐토진단관심병적유효방법。방법통과차조256배라선 CT 대2300례의사관심병환자영상학자료진행분석。결과다배라선 CT（MSCT）가용우관심병적조기진단화림상사사급술전、술후평고。결론256배라선 CT 관맥성상시일충간편、쾌첩、준학、가고적진단관심병적방법，구유교고적림상개치，가작위평개관심병위험도적일충무창검사기술。
Objective To analysis applications effect of the 256 multi-slice spiral CT inspection the coronary atherosclerotic lesions , to explore the effective.Methods For diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods 120 patients with suspected coronary heart disease underwent 256 multi-slice spiral spiral CT scan,to analyze their imaging data .Result 256 Multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) can be used for diagnosis of coronary heart disease and clinical screening and surgery, postoperative assessment. Conclusions As one of the noninvasive technology to diagnose and evaluate the risk of coronary heart disease,the 256 multi-slice spiral CT is a simple, fast, accurate and reliable method, with a high clinical value .
