Industry Associations have very important value in higher vocational college-enterprise cooperation. Based on the current development of the industry associations in China, this paper makes detailed analyses of the value scope of industry associations in the higher vocational college-enterprise cooperation. At the last, author puts forward his own views and strategies of strengthening the effect of industry associations and improving higher vocational college-enterprise cooperation from four aspects:system, mechanism, benefit, public opinion etc.
