目的：优选爱口含漱液的提取工艺，保证制剂质量。方法以三因素（加水量、提取时间和提取次数）为考察因素，按三个指标（盐酸小檗碱含量、总多糖含量和浸膏率）采用综合评价方法考查爱口含漱液的最佳提取工艺。结果该制剂最佳提取工艺为加水量6倍，提取时间30 min，提取3次。结论优选最佳提取工艺方案可行，稳定性好，能有效保证制剂质量。
목적：우선애구함수액적제취공예，보증제제질량。방법이삼인소（가수량、제취시간화제취차수）위고찰인소，안삼개지표（염산소벽감함량、총다당함량화침고솔）채용종합평개방법고사애구함수액적최가제취공예。결과해제제최가제취공예위가수량6배，제취시간30 min，제취3차。결론우선최가제취공예방안가행，은정성호，능유효보증제제질량。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of love mouth gargle liquid , ensure the quality of preparation .Methods Taking three factors ( water volume , extracting time and extracting times ) as investigation fac-tors, with three indexes ( berberine hydrochloride content , total polysaccharide content and extract yield ) , the opti-mum extraction process of the love mouth gargle liquid was examined using the comprehensive evaluation method .Re-sults The optimum extraction process for preparation included adding 6 times amount of water ,extraction time of 30 minutes , 3 times of extraction .Conclusion The optimum extraction process is feasible , good stability ,can effective-ly guarantee the quality of preparation .
