    The convergence of secondly and higher vocational education plays an important role in the con-struction of modern vocational education system.The essay,based on the overall presentation of its cur-rent status,points out some prevalent problems in the process of this integration,involving such aspects as the training obj ectives,curriculum designing and development of teachers.
