传统的大学英语听力教学模式无法满足信息时代对人才素质的新的需求。网络多媒体教学成为现代教育发展的必然趋势。以建构主义理论为基础，探讨了基于网络多媒体的开放式英语听力教学模式的具体设计和构建，并分析了这一教学模式的优势。
傳統的大學英語聽力教學模式無法滿足信息時代對人纔素質的新的需求。網絡多媒體教學成為現代教育髮展的必然趨勢。以建構主義理論為基礎，探討瞭基于網絡多媒體的開放式英語聽力教學模式的具體設計和構建，併分析瞭這一教學模式的優勢。
전통적대학영어은력교학모식무법만족신식시대대인재소질적신적수구。망락다매체교학성위현대교육발전적필연추세。이건구주의이론위기출，탐토료기우망락다매체적개방식영어은력교학모식적구체설계화구건，병분석료저일교학모식적우세。
The traditional teaching mode of college English listening cannot satisfy the requirements for tal-ent qualities in the information times.A newly developed teaching approach based on the multimedia net-work has become the trend of modern education.Based on constructivism,the paper discusses the design and construction of the opening mode of college English listening teaching,and analyzes the advantages of this teaching mode.The purpose is to provide the new references to solve the dilemma of English listening teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges.
