以螺旋取料装置喂料头为研究对象,分析了喂料头的结构特点及工作原理,基于计算机三维建模分析,提出了过料面的含义及其面积的校核原则,并分别分析了喂料头的喂料口高度、挖掘叶、导挡叶、排气孔、松料锤、沿口的作用及其结构特点。
以螺鏇取料裝置餵料頭為研究對象,分析瞭餵料頭的結構特點及工作原理,基于計算機三維建模分析,提齣瞭過料麵的含義及其麵積的校覈原則,併分彆分析瞭餵料頭的餵料口高度、挖掘葉、導擋葉、排氣孔、鬆料錘、沿口的作用及其結構特點。

With the feeder head of screw reclaimer as a study object,the structural characteristic and working princi-ple of the feeder head are analyzed.Based on 3D modeling analysis,the paper puts forward the meaning of material-delive-ring surface area and the calibration rule for the area,with further analysis for the functions and structural features of the feeding height,digging vane,guide vane,gas vent,loosening hammer,and edge.
