　　目的观察口服谷氨酰胺胶囊对结直肠癌FOLFOX6方案化疗导致的消化道反应的预防作用。方法将我院2006年1月到2013年1月接受FOLFOX6方案化疗的118例结直肠癌患者随机分为两组，对照组化疗时无口服谷氨酰胺胶囊，实验组化疗同时口服谷氨酰胺胶囊，连续10天，观察两组患者腹泻及消化道溃疡（口腔黏膜溃疡）的发生率。结果实验组出现腹泻症状7例(11.7％)，均为轻度腹泻；对照组出现腹泻症状14例(24.1％)，其中轻度腹泻7例，中度腹泻3例，重度腹泻2例，口腔黏膜溃疡治疗组1例，对照组5例。2组腹泻及口腔黏膜溃疡发生率比较差异有统计学意义( P﹤0.05)。结论口服谷氨酰胺胶囊能够明显减轻化疗所致的腹泻、消化道溃疡（口腔黏膜溃疡）的发生率。
　　목적관찰구복곡안선알효낭대결직장암FOLFOX6방안화료도치적소화도반응적예방작용。방법장아원2006년1월도2013년1월접수FOLFOX6방안화료적118례결직장암환자수궤분위량조，대조조화료시무구복곡안선알효낭，실험조화료동시구복곡안선알효낭，련속10천，관찰량조환자복사급소화도궤양（구강점막궤양）적발생솔。결과실험조출현복사증상7례(11.7％)，균위경도복사；대조조출현복사증상14례(24.1％)，기중경도복사7례，중도복사3례，중도복사2례，구강점막궤양치료조1례，대조조5례。2조복사급구강점막궤양발생솔비교차이유통계학의의( P﹤0.05)。결론구복곡안선알효낭능구명현감경화료소치적복사、소화도궤양（구강점막궤양）적발생솔。
objective to observe the oral glutamine capsule on FOLFOX6 scheme chemotherapy in colorectal cancer prevention of gastrointestinal tract reaction. Method s wil be our hospital from January 2006 to January 2013 118 patients with colorectal cancer undergoing FOLFOX6 scheme chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups, control group of oral glutamine capsule, when chemotherapy group chemotherapy oral glutamine capsule at the same time, for 10 days, observe two groups of patients with diarrhea and the incidence of peptic ulcer (oral mucosa ulcer). Results the treatment group 7 cases (11.7%), diarrhea symptoms are mild diarrhea; Control group 14 cases of diarrhea symptoms (24.1%), among them 7 cases mild diarrhea, mild diarrhea (3 cases), severe diarrhea in 2 cases, oral mucosa ulcer treatment group 1, group 5 cases. 2 set of diarrhea and oral mucosa ulcer incidence comparative difference was statistical y significant (P ﹤ 0.05). Conclusions oral glutamine capsule can obviously al eviate diarrhea caused by chemotherapy, the incidence of peptic ulcer (oral mucosa ulcer).
