目的：探讨锁定加压钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的临床效果。方法将本院2009年1月～2012年5月收治的72例老年肱骨近端骨折患者分为观察组与对照组，每组各36例，观察组采用锁定加压钢板治疗，对照组采用传统AO钢板治疗，比较两组患者的N eer评分结果与SPADI评分。结果观察组患者的肩关节功能优良率为83.33%，优于对照组的69.4%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者术后6周的活动评分及术后1年的疼痛评分、活动评分及总体评分均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），两组均未发生不良反应。结论锁定加压钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的疗效优于传统AO钢板。
목적：탐토쇄정가압강판치료노년굉골근단골절적림상효과。방법장본원2009년1월～2012년5월수치적72례노년굉골근단골절환자분위관찰조여대조조，매조각36례，관찰조채용쇄정가압강판치료，대조조채용전통AO강판치료，비교량조환자적N eer평분결과여SPADI평분。결과관찰조환자적견관절공능우량솔위83.33%，우우대조조적69.4%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。관찰조환자술후6주적활동평분급술후1년적동통평분、활동평분급총체평분균우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05），량조균미발생불량반응。결론쇄정가압강판치료노년굉골근단골절적료효우우전통AO강판。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of proximal locking compression plate treatment elderly humerus fracture. Methods 72 cases of patients with fracture of proximal humerus elderly were treated in our hospital from January 2009 to May 2012, they were divided into observation group and control group, each group of 36 cases. Observation group was treated with locking compression plate and the control group used traditional AO plate treatment, the Neer ratings and the SPADI score of the two groups were compared. Results The shoulder joint function excellent rate of 83.33% in observation group was superior to 69.4% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The pain score, activity score and SPADI of patients postoperative after 6 weeks and 1 year in observation group were superior to control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), the two groups were all without adverse reaction. Conclusion Locking compression plate treatment of proximal humerus elderly fracture curative effect is superior to the traditional AO plate.
