目的：探讨重型颅脑损伤患者并发下肢深静脉血栓的病因及临床疗效。方法选取我院从2008～2012年收治的156例重型颅脑损伤患者做为研究对象。其中100例（占患者总数的64.10%）患者出现下肢肿胀后行双下肢彩超检查证实确诊下肢静脉血栓，患者按照入院顺序分为治疗组与对照组，每组50例。对照组采用常规治疗方法，治疗组应用综合治疗方法。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组患者的合并下肢深静脉血栓治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论重型颅脑损伤患者入院初期应用综合治疗方法可以有效提高患者合并下肢深静脉血栓治疗效果，促进患者康复，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토중형로뇌손상환자병발하지심정맥혈전적병인급림상료효。방법선취아원종2008～2012년수치적156례중형로뇌손상환자주위연구대상。기중100례（점환자총수적64.10%）환자출현하지종창후행쌍하지채초검사증실학진하지정맥혈전，환자안조입원순서분위치료조여대조조，매조50례。대조조채용상규치료방법，치료조응용종합치료방법。비교량조환자적치료효과。결과치료조환자적합병하지심정맥혈전치료총유효솔고우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론중형로뇌손상환자입원초기응용종합치료방법가이유효제고환자합병하지심정맥혈전치료효과，촉진환자강복，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the pathogenesis and clinical efficacy of severe craniocerebral injury concurrent with deep venous thrombosis. Methods 156 patients with severe craniocerebral injury treated in our hospital from 2008 to 2012 were selected as the study subjects. Among them,100 patients (accounting for 64.10%of the total) had lower limb swelling,which was diagnosed as deep venous thrombosis by ultrasound examination.The patients were assigned to the treatment group and the control group according to the admission order,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment method and the treatment group received comprehensive treatment method.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment group had higher total effective treatment rate than the control group in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury concurrent with deep venous thrombosis, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with severe craniocerebral injury,the application of comprehensive treatment method at an early stage of hospitalization can effectively improve the treatment effects for patients concurrent with deep venous thrombosis and promote patient rehabilitation,thereby worthy of clinical promotion and application.
