目的：探讨臭氧妇科治疗仪治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法160例霉菌性阴道炎患者，随机分成观察组和对照组两组。对照组采用洁尔阴联合硝酸咪康唑栓治疗。观察组采用臭氧妇科治疗仪治疗。结果观察组总有效率为90.00%，明显优于对照组总有效率73.75%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。观察组症状缓解时间少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论臭氧妇科治疗仪治疗霉菌性阴道炎患者疗效佳，能快速的缓解患者的临床症状。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ozone gynecological therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis. Conclusion Ozone gynecological therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of fungal vaginitis curative effect is good, can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
