目的：探讨剖宫产瘢痕妊娠（CSP）的临床表现，诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院2011年4月～2013年8月收治10例CSP病例的临床资料。结果6例经阴道彩超确诊，4例误诊。9例行介入治疗+MTX+米非司酮治疗成功(其中1例介入后行清宫，术中发生大出血，经开腹病灶楔形切除术)；1例MTX+米非司酮药物治疗后行清宫保守治疗成功。结论 CSP行介入治疗，同时联合MTX+米非司酮可有效杀胚，减少大出血，成功保留子宫，是有效治疗CSP的方法。
목적：탐토부궁산반흔임신（CSP）적림상표현，진단화치료방법。방법회고성분석아원2011년4월～2013년8월수치10례CSP병례적림상자료。결과6례경음도채초학진，4례오진。9례행개입치료+MTX+미비사동치료성공(기중1례개입후행청궁，술중발생대출혈，경개복병조설형절제술)；1례MTX+미비사동약물치료후행청궁보수치료성공。결론 CSP행개입치료，동시연합MTX+미비사동가유효살배，감소대출혈，성공보류자궁，시유효치료CSP적방법。
Objective To discuss the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment methods of cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP). Methods Clinical information of 10 patients having CSP who were admitted to our hospital from April 2011 to August 2013 was analyzed retrospectively. Results Six patients were confirmed by transvaginal ultrasound and four patients were misdiagnosed. Nine patients were successfully treated with intervention + MTX +mifepristone therapy (one patient received uterine clearance surgery after intervention and underwent intraoperative massive hemorrhage, which was treated by laparotomic lesion wedge resection); One patient was successfully treated with conservative uterine clearance surgery after MTX + mifepristone drug therapy. Conclusion The application of interventional treatment combined with MTX + mifepristone in CSP can effectively kill embryo, reduce massive hemorrhage and reserve uterine, which is an effective treatment method for CSP.
