目的：探讨品管圈的应用在提高门诊护士工作积极性中的效果。方法由护士长倡导，护士自发组织成立积极进取品管圈，分析护士工作负面消极情绪的原因，采取有效措施管理。结果护士工作学习的积极性提高，患者投诉率降低，满意度上升；报考自学本科7人，报考在职护理研究生1名。结论品管圈管理方法充分激发了护理人员工作积极性和主动性，提高工作能力和责任心，增强了团队协作精神，护士综合素质得以提升，患者满意度提高。
목적：탐토품관권적응용재제고문진호사공작적겁성중적효과。방법유호사장창도，호사자발조직성립적겁진취품관권，분석호사공작부면소겁정서적원인，채취유효조시관리。결과호사공작학습적적겁성제고，환자투소솔강저，만의도상승；보고자학본과7인，보고재직호리연구생1명。결론품관권관리방법충분격발료호리인원공작적겁성화주동성，제고공작능력화책임심，증강료단대협작정신，호사종합소질득이제승，환자만의도제고。
Objective To explore the effect of the application of quality control circle in improving the Outpatient Nurse enthusiasm for work. Methods The positive quality control circles was advocated by the matron, which seted up spontaneously by the nurses, it analysed the reason of negative emotions of nurses work,and the effective management measures were taken. Results The enthusiasm of studying was increased, and the patients' complaint rate was also reduced; 7 people apply for the self-study course and one apply for nursing postgraduate. Conclusion The method of quality control circle management fully stimulated the Nurses' enthusiasm and initiative for work, improved their ability to work and the sense of responsibility, strengthened the team cooperation spirit, enhanced comprehensive quality of the nurses, and improved patients' satisfaction.
