针对设施农业和精准农业的需要,采用光机电一体化技术、精准控制技术等技术手段,研究开发了一种适用于温室蔬菜播种机的激光走直系统,并主要设计了电推杆走直机构及激光发射、接收装置和 PLC 控制部分等。试验表明:该系统自动化程度高,响应速度快,精度可控制在±5cm/50m,能够满足精准农业对温室蔬菜精直播种机的走直精度要求。
針對設施農業和精準農業的需要,採用光機電一體化技術、精準控製技術等技術手段,研究開髮瞭一種適用于溫室蔬菜播種機的激光走直繫統,併主要設計瞭電推桿走直機構及激光髮射、接收裝置和 PLC 控製部分等。試驗錶明:該繫統自動化程度高,響應速度快,精度可控製在±5cm/50m,能夠滿足精準農業對溫室蔬菜精直播種機的走直精度要求。

Aiming at the need of facility agriculture and precision agriculture , Using the optical mechanical electrical in-tegration technology , precision control technology and other technical means to research and develop of a laser go straight system which is used for greenhouse vegetable seeder .The system mainly designs the electric push rod straight mecha-nism, laser transmitting , receiving device and the PLC control part .In greenhouse experiments ,The system has the ad-vantage of high degree of automation , fast response speed , accuracy can be controlled within ±5 cm/50 m, Which can meet the go straight accuracy requirements of the precision agriculture to greenhouse vegetables precision seeding ma -chine .
