目的：探讨膝关节损伤患者在核磁共振的诊断评价。方法回顾性分析2012年2月～2013年2月期间我院收治的178例膝关节损伤患者行MRI诊断的临床资料。结果韧带损伤60条，骨质改变48例，半月板受到损伤43个，关节腔积液118例。结论术前膝关节MRI检查结果与手术吻合度高，可弥补传统X线、CT检查的不足，值得临床应用和推广。
목적：탐토슬관절손상환자재핵자공진적진단평개。방법회고성분석2012년2월～2013년2월기간아원수치적178례슬관절손상환자행MRI진단적림상자료。결과인대손상60조，골질개변48례，반월판수도손상43개，관절강적액118례。결론술전슬관절MRI검사결과여수술문합도고，가미보전통X선、CT검사적불족，치득림상응용화추엄。
Objective To explore the diagnosis evaluation of patients with knee joint injury in the nuclear magnetic resonance (MRI). Methods MRI diagnosis data of 178 patients with knee joint injury who were admitted to our hospital from February 2012 to February 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Results MRI examination found 60 cases of ligament injury,48 cases of bone substance change,43 cases of meniscus injury and 118 cases of arthroedema. Conclusion Preoperative knee joint MRI examination results are highly consistent with the operation and can compensate for the disadvantages of conventional X-ray and CT examination, thereby worthy of clinical application and promotion.
