以桓仁水库为例,分析短期降雨预报应用于汛限水位动态控制的可行性,研究了利用短期降雨预报信息进行水库汛限水位动态控制的调度方式,计算了利用降雨预报信息进行汛限水位动态控制后水库的发电效益。结果表明:利用降雨预报信息进行汛限水位动态控制后,在不增加桓仁水库防洪风险的前提下,为水库带来较大的经济效益。

Taking Huanren Reservoir as an example , the feasibility of application of short-term rainfall forecast in dy-namic control of the limit water level is analyzed , the dispatch mode of dynamic control of flood limited level of reservoir by employing short-term rainfall forecast information is studied and the power generation efficiency is calculated .The re-sults show that in the premise of without increasing Huanren Reservoir flood risks , greater economic benefits can be a-chieved by means of dynamic control of flood limited water level .
