Based on the idea of the low-carbon urban construction,the paper analyzes how the have the planning for the cities to adhere to the low-carbon city policy from the space planning,the traffic planning and the industrial planning,so as to provide the construction blueprint for the low-carbon city,to reach the harmonious society,and to realize the sustainable development.
