针对独立运行模式下的微网能量管理问题,提出微网实时能量优化调度方法。该方法将作为压频控制单元的储能装置的能量状态划分为4个区间,并缩减作为压频控制单元的可控型微电源的基点运行功率范围,以确保压频控制单元有足够功率调节裕量吸纳微网内的非计划瞬时波动功率。根据实时监测到的储能装置能量状态所处的不同区间及系统净负荷功率大小,采用不同的调度策略,并引入负荷竞价策略,增加了切负荷和卸荷作为功率调节手段。提出运行调度策略,建立负荷优化分配模型与负荷可中断优化模型。该方法不仅能实现独立运行的微网可靠、经济运行,还可减小微网对储能装置的容量配置需求。通过算例验证所提出方法的有效性。

Aiming at energy management of microgrid in standalone operation mode, a real-time optimal energy dispatch method was proposed in this paper. In this method, the state of energy (SOE) of storage device was divided into four operating levels, and the range of primary operating power point of V-f controlled micro-sources was reduced, in order to ensure V-f controlled units with enough power regulating margin to absorb non-planed instantaneous power in microgrid. Different dispatch strategies were used according to the net load powerand the SOE level of storage device. Load bidding strategy was used, while load shedding and excess-power dissipating were considered in microgrid operation. Dispatch strategies for standalone microgrid were proposed, while the optimal load distribution model and optimal interruptible load model were demonstrated in this paper. The proposed method could not only improve the reliability and economy of standalone microgrid operation, but also reduce the configuration capacity requirements of storage device. Case study results indicate the effectiveness of the microgrid dispatch model proposed.
