教师口语能力的高低直接影响教师本人的素质及课堂教学的效果。高师院校"教师口语"课程的设置已有近20年的历史,在课程取得显著成绩的同时也存在诸如课程设置不合理、教材选用不当、教学形式及课程考核方式单一等问题。因此,需要在提高认识的基础上通过优化教材内容,改变教学模式,完善评价体系等方面做出改进,以促进教师口语水平的提高和教学质量的改进。

Teacher's ability of spoken language has a direct impact on the quality of teachers and teaching effect.The Teaching language course in college and university has almost 20 years old.The curriculum has made significant achievements,but it also has some problems such as unreasonable curriculum setup,improper selection of materials,single teaching and curriculum evaluation method.Therefore,it is necessary to make some improvement on the basis of raising awareness by optimizing the content,changing the mode of teaching,improving the evaluation system to promote teachers' spoken language and teaching quality.
