在曲轴和连杆加工中采用涂层与未涂层刀具进行对比试验,并通过光学显微镜对每种刀具的寿命和磨耗进行了观察和分析.结果表明,涂层刀具较未涂层刀具相比,刀具磨耗更小,刀具寿命更长,并且可提高加工效率和加工件的精度.
在麯軸和連桿加工中採用塗層與未塗層刀具進行對比試驗,併通過光學顯微鏡對每種刀具的壽命和磨耗進行瞭觀察和分析.結果錶明,塗層刀具較未塗層刀具相比,刀具磨耗更小,刀具壽命更長,併且可提高加工效率和加工件的精度.

Coated tools and non-coated tools are used in producting crankshaft and connecting link.The tool life and tool detrition of both tools are examined by OM.The results show that comparing with non-coated tools,coated tools have not only less defacement and detrition but also higher tool life,while improving the machining efficiency and machining accuracy.The results can give the reference to choose and apply rational tools for the machinery manufacting.
