合成了一种基于2-苯基苯并噻唑荧光团的荧光探针,并用荧光和紫外光谱法研究了对不同阳离子的识别能力.研究表明:该探针在乙腈溶液中对锌粒子显示出高选择性和高灵敏性的响应,而对其他阳离子的响应则不明显,因此该方法可实现对锌粒子的检测;其机理是探针与锌粒子的络合阻止了主体分子的激发态分子内质子转移过程,使荧光增强而致.
閤成瞭一種基于2-苯基苯併噻唑熒光糰的熒光探針,併用熒光和紫外光譜法研究瞭對不同暘離子的識彆能力.研究錶明:該探針在乙腈溶液中對鋅粒子顯示齣高選擇性和高靈敏性的響應,而對其他暘離子的響應則不明顯,因此該方法可實現對鋅粒子的檢測;其機理是探針與鋅粒子的絡閤阻止瞭主體分子的激髮態分子內質子轉移過程,使熒光增彊而緻.

A 2-phenylbenzothiazole based fluorescent probe is synthesized and its recognition ability for various metal ions is tested by fluorescence and UV spectrophotometries.The resurts show that the probe shows a highly selectivity and sensibility for Zn2+ over other various cations in acetonitrile solvent,so this method can achieve the detection of Zn2+.The mechanism is proved that complexation of the probe with Zn2+ hindered the excited-state intramolecular proton transfer process which enhanced fluorescence intensity.
