A pair of multiobjective fractional programming with come constraints ws formulated and the definitions of a class of polarlyy C-invex fuctions were introduced.Under the polarly C-invexity condition,we proved weak,strong and converse duality theorems by concept of the efficiency and the proper efficiency.
