为探讨黄芩中主要成分对弓形虫的抑制效果,利用MTT法对黄芩乙醇提取物、黄芩苷、黄芩素进行体外抗弓形虫作用比较试验。结果表明：3种物质均能有效地抑制弓形虫的生长繁殖,其中黄芩素的抗虫效果最好,黄芩乙醇提取物次之,黄芩苷最弱,即黄芩黄酮主要物质中,黄芩素体外抗虫作用最好。
위탐토황금중주요성분대궁형충적억제효과,이용MTT법대황금을순제취물、황금감、황금소진행체외항궁형충작용비교시험。결과표명：3충물질균능유효지억제궁형충적생장번식,기중황금소적항충효과최호,황금을순제취물차지,황금감최약,즉황금황동주요물질중,황금소체외항충작용최호。
To study the inhibition of traditional Chinese medicine Scutellaria baicalensis（S.baicalensis） extracts to Toxoplasma in vitro,the effect of the three extracts of S.baicalensis on the inhibition of Toxoplasma in vitro were compared using MTT,which were Ethanol extract,Baicalin,Baicalein.The result showed that all the three extracts had inhibition to Toxoplasma gondii.The effect of baicalien is the best,and the effect of the ethanol extraction was better than that of baicalin.The conclusion was that the baicalien was the best role in Scutellaria flavonoids on the inhibition of Toxoplasma.
