试验旨在研究β-葡聚糖对仔猪增重量,肠道菌群和形态的影响。选用120头21日龄的仔猪,分成4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,处理组分别在基础日粮中添加0.05%,0.1%,0.2%的β-葡聚糖。结果表明:添加0.1%和0.2%的β-葡聚糖可以显著提高仔猪的增重量(P〈0.05);β-葡聚糖处理组中的消化道病原性大肠杆菌数量都在103 CFU以下;在仔猪消化道沙门氏菌携带的检测中,0.1%和0.2%β-葡聚糖处理组中没有测出沙门氏菌;肠道形态影响方面,0.1%和0.2%β-葡聚糖处理组的小肠上皮细胞与黏膜细胞均正常,未出现严重的细胞脱落现象。即添加的β-葡聚糖可有效提高仔猪的增重量,改善肠道结构,其适宜添加量为0.1%。

시험지재연구β-포취당대자저증중량,장도균군화형태적영향。선용120두21일령적자저,분성4조,대조조사위기출일량,처리조분별재기출일량중첨가0.05%,0.1%,0.2%적β-포취당。결과표명:첨가0.1%화0.2%적β-포취당가이현저제고자저적증중량(P〈0.05);β-포취당처리조중적소화도병원성대장간균수량도재103 CFU이하;재자저소화도사문씨균휴대적검측중,0.1%화0.2%β-포취당처리조중몰유측출사문씨균;장도형태영향방면,0.1%화0.2%β-포취당처리조적소장상피세포여점막세포균정상,미출현엄중적세포탈락현상。즉첨가적β-포취당가유효제고자저적증중량,개선장도결구,기괄의첨가량위0.1%。
The purpose is to research the effect of β-glucan for piglets.120 piglets were divided into 4 groups.Control,treatment 1,2,3(added 0.05%,0.1%,0.2%β-glucan).The results showed that added 0.1% and 0.2% β-glucan can significant increase the weight of piglets(P0.05).The number of Escherichia coli in treatments were under 103 CFU,both the phases detected Salmonella,0.1% and 0.2% β-glucan were normal.Small intestinal did not fell off in 0.1% and 0.2%β-glucan groups.All the results indicated that β-glucan can improve the weight of piglets,maintain the intestinal form,the sultable lever is 0.1%.
