陕北延安是中国革命的圣地和中华民族的发祥地，在中国历史上具有重要地位。随着延安市经济的快速发展和人们居住条件的提高，城市化规模在不断扩大，旧城区拆迁改造、新城区开发建设、房地产业以及市政基础设施建设产业也正如火如荼地进行。而城市内建筑垃圾的产生量在与日俱增，建筑垃圾对环境的影响及处理方式受到了人们的关注。通过查阅大量文献资料，归纳总结了国内外建筑垃圾处理情况，在实地走访调查的基础上简要介绍了延安市建筑垃圾的处理现状，对延安市在建筑垃圾资源化处理中存在的问题进行了分析，针对不同问题提出建议和应对措施。

Yan’an of northern Shaanxi is a sacred place of the Chinese revolution and a cradle of Chinese nation, which has the important position in the history of China. With the rapid development of local economy and people’ s living conditions, the scale of urbanization has been expanding, the demoli-tion and reconstruction of old urban area and the construction of new urban area, real estate and the mu-nicipal infrastructure construction are growing vigorously. However, the amount of construction waste is in-creasing rapidly. People have paid great attention to the effect of construction waste on the environment and disposal. The present disposing situation of construction waste at home and abroad is summarized by referring to a great deal of literature and data, the treatment status of construction waste in Yan’an is in-troduced briefly on the basis of interview and spot investigation, the existing problems of Yan’an con-struction waste in resource utilization are analyzed, and propositions and measures are proposed according to various problems.
