＂三农＂问题一直是全党工作的重中之重,解决好＂三农＂问题,发展农村经济,必须首先增加农民收入。农民收入与农民自身的科技文化素质之间成正比例关系,所以,在国家的大力支持与提倡下,农村职业教育务必要在农民增收中发挥不可替代的作用。

＂삼농＂문제일직시전당공작적중중지중,해결호＂삼농＂문제,발전농촌경제,필수수선증가농민수입。농민수입여농민자신적과기문화소질지간성정비례관계,소이,재국가적대력지지여제창하,농촌직업교육무필요재농민증수중발휘불가체대적작용。
The ＂three rural issues＂（agriculture,countryside and farmers） have been the top priority to be considered by the Chinese governments and developing rural economy and increasing farmers＇ income have been the main task for the governments.It is believed that farmers＇ income is in a direct proportion to farmers＇ scientific knowledge,so rural vocational education will have to undertake this mission and tends to play an important role in helping farmers increase their income.
