先用硝酸银溶液整理真丝织物,再用在位还原法在丝织物上生成银颗粒,赋予织物优良的抗菌性能.考察了不同消解介质对织物上银含量测定的影响,测定了整理后织物的白度、耐洗牢度及抗菌效果.实验结果表明:用HNO3/H2O2/HCL介质消解真丝,可以得到稳定的测定结果;使用质量浓度为2~8 mg/L的整理液整理时,织物白度受到的影响小,抗菌能力优异,织物上银的耐洗牢度强.
先用硝痠銀溶液整理真絲織物,再用在位還原法在絲織物上生成銀顆粒,賦予織物優良的抗菌性能.攷察瞭不同消解介質對織物上銀含量測定的影響,測定瞭整理後織物的白度、耐洗牢度及抗菌效果.實驗結果錶明:用HNO3/H2O2/HCL介質消解真絲,可以得到穩定的測定結果;使用質量濃度為2~8 mg/L的整理液整理時,織物白度受到的影響小,抗菌能力優異,織物上銀的耐洗牢度彊.

By in-site reducing method,silver nitrate is used as the pre-agent to produce silver particles on the surface of fabric,thus silk fabrics are given antibacterial property.The result of testing the content of silver is affected by the parameters of microwave digestion.The test shows that a stable and accurate result can be obtained in the digest solution containing HNO3,H2O2 and HCl.The result also reveals that the whiteness of the fabric decreases slightly when the content of pre-agent is 2-8 mg/L and silk fabric has good antibacterial activity.
