The reasons that Nanjing National Government took ＂non-resistance＂ policy after the outbreak of the Manchurian Incident are analyzed, as well as the profound impact of this policy brought to the country and nation. The national government＇s ＂non-resistance＂ resulted in the lost of a large number of the Northeast territory and the decline of the Anti- Japanese Volunteer; and contributed to the ambitions of the Japanese invasion of China.
