随着全球经济步入低碳时代,西方发达国家先后提出了＂碳关税＂的概念。本文结合碳关税的提出背景,总结了我国现行对外贸易发展模式的特点,分析碳关税的实施对我国对外贸易可能造成的冲击和影响;并在此基础上提出了如何在低碳经济背景下,结合我国的比较优势,更深层次地参与国际分工,进而实现对外贸易发展模式的转变。

With global economy＇s entry into the low-carbon era,Western developed countries have proposed the concept of ＂carbon tariff＂.This paper summarizes the characteristics of China＇s current foreign trade development mode with the background of carbon tariffs,and analyzes the impact and influence on China＇s foreign trade that may be caused by the implementation of carbon tariffs.On this basis,the paper expounds on how to further participate in the international division of labor with China＇s comparative edge in the context of low-carbon economy to achieve the transformation of foreign trade development mode.
