It is prevalent for the junior high school students to meet difficulties in the learning of mathematics.It is an important issue to transform the poor students so as to improve the teaching effectiveness of the junior high school mathematics.In combination with teaching practice,this author analyzes the students＇ mathematical learning difficulties and elaborates on the ways and means of the conversion of poor students.The preliminary results obtained is given for the further exploration of peers,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of junior high school mathematics teaching.
