Sargassum thunbergii(Mcrt.)Okuntze%Liposoluble compounds%antimicrobial%the circle agar disc diffusion method
采用圆形纸片法,对鼠尾藻脂溶性物质及经柱层析分离得到的不同洗脱组分进行抗食物腐败菌实验.结果表明,鼠尾藻粗脂对大肠杆菌的抑菌圈为1.25mm.乙醇洗脱组分具有较强的抗4种食物腐败菌的活性,其对枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和假单胞杆菌的抑菌圈分别达到3.0mm,4.0mm,5.0mm,2.5mm.
採用圓形紙片法,對鼠尾藻脂溶性物質及經柱層析分離得到的不同洗脫組分進行抗食物腐敗菌實驗.結果錶明,鼠尾藻粗脂對大腸桿菌的抑菌圈為1.25mm.乙醇洗脫組分具有較彊的抗4種食物腐敗菌的活性,其對枯草桿菌、大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄毬菌和假單胞桿菌的抑菌圈分彆達到3.0mm,4.0mm,5.0mm,2.5mm.
채용원형지편법,대서미조지용성물질급경주층석분리득도적불동세탈조분진행항식물부패균실험.결과표명,서미조조지대대장간균적억균권위1.25mm.을순세탈조분구유교강적항4충식물부패균적활성,기대고초간균、대장간균、금황색포도구균화가단포간균적억균권분별체도3.0mm,4.0mm,5.0mm,2.5mm.
Using the circle agar disc diffusion method,antimicrobial activities of the Liposoluble compounds and fractions isolated by column chromatography from Sargassum thunbergii(Mcrt.)Okuntze were assayed against food spoilage bacteria.The Results showed that Sargassum thunbergii(Mcrt.)Okuntze Liposoluble compounds inhibition zone against Escherichia coli reached 1.25mm.Ethanol elution fractions showed strong antimicrobial activities against four food spoilage bacteria and the inhibition zone against Bacillus subtilis,Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas stutzeri reached 3.0mm,4.0mm,5.0mm,2.5mm respectively.
